ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Marketing and Client Servicing Manager to be the primary bridge between our clients and our internal delivery teams. You will ensure client satisfaction and retention while also managing key marketing activities to drive client growth and operational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture 3-5 existing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings to report progress and gather client feedback.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within managed client accounts (upselling/cross-selling services).
- Proactively anticipate client needs and solve service delivery challenges.
2. Project & Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with internal delivery teams (e.g., Content, Design, Tech) to ensure all client deliverables are executed on time and meet quality standards.
- Define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation for client projects.
- Maintain open and clear communication channels between the client and internal teams.
3. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and manage key client marketing activities, with a focus on Content Strategy, SEO, and/or Social Media Marketing.
- Collaborate on developing marketing plans aligned with client business goals.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
4. Reporting & Operations
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports detailing client success, project status, and potential risks.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data, activity logs, and contracts are maintained in the CRM.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, marketing management, or agency environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven knowledge and practical experience in at least one of the following: Content Strategy, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Additional expertise in SEO OR Social Media Marketing OR Copywriting.
- Portfolio or examples to showcase past results in marketing or client growth.
- Experience with P&L management or forecasting for client accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and project management software.
