WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Visual Storytelling: Collaborating with our creative team to design assets for global brands.
- Precision Design: Creating layouts for social media, web interfaces, and marketing collateral.
- Iterative Growth: Taking feedback from industry veterans and turning it into polished, professional-grade work.
- System Thinking: Working within (and helping expand) brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone with 1-3 years of work experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio are free to join. We do not expect a decade of experience, but we do expect a mastery of the basics. You are a great fit if:
- Fundamentals are your North Star: You have a sharp eye for spacing, grid systems, alignment, and color theory. You notice when an element is 2px off-center and it bothers you.
- Tool Savvy: You are proficient in Figma (for UI/Layouts) and Adobe Illustrator (for vector work and branding).
- Eager Learner: You are not afraid to ask "how can I make this better?"
- Portfolio: You have a portfolio that showcases clean, intentional design (even if it is all personal projects or conceptual work).
